Atelier Christian de Portzamparc, headquarters of the Rhone-Alps region in Lyon. The building, winner of an international competition, is in the new Confluence district and easily accessible by public transportation. The animation illustrates the transparency and openness of the internal spaces – the monumental hall, patio, exposition space and debating hall - all conceived in order to minimise power consumption. The video is currently projected within the framework of the exhibition "La Région se construit à la Confluence".

Atelier Christian de Portzamparc, hôtel de la région Rhône-Alpes à Lyon. Le bâtiment, lauréat du concours international, se trouve dans le nouveau quartier Confluence, facilement accessible par les transports en commun. L’animation illustre la transparence et l’ouverture des espaces internes, tous conçus dans un souci de réduction de la consommation energétique : hall monumental, patio, espace d’expositions, salle des délibérations. La vidéo est actuellement projetée dans le cadre de l’exposition "La Région se construit à la Confluence ".
